Why we do it
Most homes don't fail. They drift.
A vendor missed for a season. A pipe ticking before it bursts. A pool cover that wasn't tied down before the storm rolled in. Owners find out in April, when the damage is already done.
We started Further&Co because the Hamptons deserves better than that — and so do the people whose homes are here. Continuous, careful, local attention is the only thing that prevents the drift. Everything else we do follows from that.

We're here year-round, not just in season. We know which roofer to call in October, which arborist actually shows up after a storm, which gate company won't ghost you for three weeks in August.
We work with a short list of properties because care of this kind doesn't scale. A few homes, deeply known. That's the model — and it's the only way we know to do this work properly.
